GOOD DESIGN SOLVES A PROBLEM.

We designed an
Environmentally Responsible Insulation

Foam Supplies provides rigid polyurethane foam systems to a wide range of commercial refrigeration customers, including leading manufacturers of walk-in freezers and coolers, cold food holding equipment, refrigerated cases, cold beverage dispensing equipment, ice machines, supermarket refrigerated/frozen food cases and more.

Ecofoam® is a rigid polyurethane foam used for manufacturing a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential products – everything ranging from appliances and foodservice equipment to building panels, entry and garage doors, HVAC equipment and more. Ecofoam® offers best-in-class insulation performance, plus other valuable properties, without a negative impact to our environment.

Superior Thermal Efficiency and Performance

Polyurethane foams offer excellent insulation value – far superior to traditional materials like cellulose, mineral wool and fiberglass, but also superior to EPS and XPS boardstock. Ecofoam takes polyurethane to the next level, due to our patented ecomate® blowing agent technology, which provides R-values greater than commonly used blowing agents such as hydrocarbons (HCs) and hydro fluorocarbons (HFCs). What’s more, ecofoam also offers excellent structural enhancement, sound abatement, moisture control and other properties.

Environmentally Responsible

Our ecomate blowing agent technology is unmatched in preserving our environment. Ecomate has been US EPA SNAP compliant since 2003 and in commercial use since that time. Ecomate technology has proven superior to products made with CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs. Thanks to ecomate, ecofoam does not contribute to global warming, ozone depletion or smog production.

Our Products

US EPA SNAP compliant since 2003

Ecomate systems are created using our ecomate blowing agent technology. Ecomate, with zero global warming potential (GWP), has been US EPA SNAP approved since 2003, making it the first and most proven alternative to HFC blowing agents.

Success through Innovation

Better Products. Better for the Environment.

Ecofoam, blown with proprietary blowing agent Ecomate, is not just better for the environment but has become the industry standard in Commercial Refrigeration as the most consistent, proven, and technologically advanced polyurethane foam system formulated for insulation. Ecofoam has industry leading k-factor, benchmark dimensional stability, and offers a wide processing window to make Commercial Refrigerators insulated with Ecofoam the industry standard.

Superior Thermal Efficiency and Performance in Commercial Refrigeration insulation applications

Foam Supplies appliance industry foam systems are specially optimized to meet a wide variance of applications while providing equal to or better R-value thermal efficiency than comparable 2lb foam systems. The use of Ecomate liquid blowing agent technology in our Ecofoam Polyurethane chemical system is not only proven technology used throughout the industry, but also offers increased ‘flow-ability’ when compared to HFC technology like 134A blown systems. For all manufacturers in the appliance industry ecofoam technology offers a proven pathway towards sustainability as a “drop-in” replacement for existing systems that use hydrocarbons (HCs) and hydro-flurocarbons (HFCs).

Custom foam formulation

to meet a wide range of needs.
